The genocidal assault on Gaza has made itself felt in a variety of ways. In terms of geopolitics, the United States and Israel stand together virtually alone and isolated. This conflict has also seen the rise of extreme censorship in the Western world. Criticizing Israel and Zionism has become almost a criminal act. So-called Western values are now meaningless.
